BUTTER LATE THAN NEVER
Our schedule fills up quickly! Please reach out as soon as your date and design concept has been decided. Most orders can be produced within 10 days of received payment, but larger or highly customized decorations may take more time. We do our best to fulfill orders with less notice, but can't guarantee availability. 

ACHOO! ALLERGIES?
Our signature cake flavors contain dairy, gluten, eggs, and alcohol, and are made in a kitchen that also uses tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. Let us know before ordering if you have any ingredient sensitivities, and we may be able to accommodate. 

DOUGH WHAT YOU LOVE
Decisions are tough! But we're here to help. Some changes can be made up to 5 days before your order date. If a change results in an increased price, payment is due immediately. Refunds for reduced price are not available, but will be credited toward a future order. 

A SPARK OF GENIUS
We consider cake decorating to be an art! While we love working off inspiration photos, they're exactly that -- inspiring. All artists are different, and thus there will be variations to make your cake uniquely yours. Please keep in mind colors vary across screens and materials, so it is not possible for us to match a color exactly without a physical swatch.

WE WON'T DESSERT YOU
You can pick up your cake at Spark'd Creative Pastry, in DECO, unless otherwise arranged. Pick-up time is set upon ordering and will be stated on your digital receipt. If you arrive outside of your scheduled time, we may be busy with other orders, so be prepared to wait longer than expected. Orders not picked up on the day they are scheduled will not be refunded. Please note Sunday pick-ups are not available at this time.

WORTH THE WHISK
It's all yours now! Once you pick up your order, what happens to your cake is up to you. For safety reasons, Spark'd team members are not able to assist with bringing your cake to your vehicle. Check our about page for tips and tricks on safely transporting cakes, cutting picture-perfect slices, and storing leftovers.
